Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Orders)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by email at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods from the date you notify us.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in resalable condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
You are responsible for ensuring the products you order are suitable for your requirements before use.
Return Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return cost

If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping or collection costs
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Once we receive your return:

We will inspect the item

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
We may reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged:

You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery

After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement where appropriate
Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery, where possible.

Business Customers
Returns for business customers are not guaranteed and may be subject to restocking fees:

Standard items: up to 25%

Special or bespoke items: non-refundable
